Died at the residence of L. E. Bressie, Roberts, June 9, 1882, Rebecca Supplee, mother of Mrs. L. E. Bressie. Mrs. Supplee was born in Philadelphia, PA., A. D. 1802. She has been a member of the Baptist church for 50 years, was a devoted Christian, and a kind, affectionate mother. During the last 15 years of her life she was an invalid, suffering the most intense bodily pain; but in all her affliction, her childlike faith never forsook her a moment, and quietly her spirit was taken to Him who gave it.
