Glenn Edward Garrelts

Glenn Edward Garrelts, son of Henry J. and Lillian (Repp) Garrelts, died at the home of his parents in Lake Shore District, Lyman Township, Illinois, August 19th, 1923, aged five months.

The child was taken sick about August 9th and suffered with cholera infantum and pneumonia. Every care was give him but in spite of all that could be done he passed away about ten o'clock last Sunday evening.

The funeral service was held at the home this afternoon at 1:00 o'clock and at the Lutheran Church in Roberts at 2:00 o'clock after which the remains was laid to rest in Lyman Cemetery. Rev. Schumacher, pastor of the Church, officiating. The whole community join the bereaved parents in sorrow.
